Schedule of Fees
WEEE Ireland fees are calculated as follows

Companies placing EEE onto the market up until 31st December 2006 will be charged a registration fee of €600 and a 2005/2006 annual fee of €600.

2007 annual fees will be charged based on EEE turnover (turnover > €250,000 = €600, turnover < €250,000 = €400) and a discount allowed (-€300) for Producers signing up to direct debit payment.

2008 annual fees will be charged based on EEE turnover (turnover > €250,000 = €600, turnover < €250,000 = €400) and a discount allowed (-€300) for Producers signing up to direct debit payment.

Producers not placing EEE onto the market prior to 31st December 2006 will be charged €600 registration fee plus the relevant annual fee.

Producers will be invoiced for all EMCs owed to date based on Black Box reporting once they are fully registered with the scheme.

For Producers of Portable Batteries and Accumulators there is a €600 Registration fee and annual fees based on Battery turnover (Turnover > €250,000 = €600, Turnover < €250,000 = €400) with €300 discount for Producers signing up to direct debit

Existing members of WEEE Ireland receive free membership for Portable battery compliance until 31st December 2008.
Steps for Joining WEEE Ireland

Complete the application form on this website

WEEE Ireland will issue you with a joining pack
-
The pack will contain:
- A covering letter explaining the procedure
- 2 copies of the terms and conditions agreement
- A direct debit mandate form
- The joining fee details
- Invoice for joining fee

Once WEEE Ireland has received:
- 2 signed copies of the terms and conditions agreement
- A signed direct debit mandate form
- A cheque for joining/annual Fee

WEEE Ireland will issue a signed copy of the terms and conditions agreement with your WEEE Ireland reference number.
Please note: Producers wishing to join WEEE Ireland must be eligible to join the WEEE Register Society. WEEE Ireland can only process Direct Debits completed with Irish Bank Account Details.
